Enquiries and proposals
Email enquiries provide your address, any name supplied and your message. EL POAIG uses these to reply and prepare the visit requested, on the basis of precontractual steps or contract performance. Approximate dates, party size and interests are sufficient to begin. Do not email identity documents or bank details.
Bookings and legal obligations
If your proposal uses Bókun to confirm or pay, you will receive the relevant link. Booking and payment information will be collected there. EL POAIG uses booking information to organise the service and handle issues, retaining records where required for invoicing and legal obligations. This website does not collect card numbers or process payments.
Memories, photographs and the Archive
Sending a memory does not publish it. Your name, text or image will be reviewed with you and published only with specific permission. You can choose a signature, anonymity or a private contribution. Do not send photographs of others without their permission; images of minors require permission from their legal representatives. Attendance does not imply consent to promotional photography. Withdraw permission by writing to joaquim@elpoaig.com.
Retention and recipients
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle them and, where applicable, deal with liabilities. Contract and invoice records are retained for the applicable statutory periods. Authorised memories remain while their purpose continues or until consent is withdrawn, subject to necessary legal retention. Email, hosting and booking providers, professionals needed to deliver the visit and authorities where legally required may receive relevant data.

This public website is hosted on ChatGPT Sites. Its hosting provider publishes its own privacy policy. Bókun, provided by Tripadvisor LLC (USA), describes possible transfers outside the European Economic Area using adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other applicable safeguards in its privacy policy. Your rights
Where applicable, request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, or withdraw consent without retroactive effect, by writing to joaquim@elpoaig.com. Only proportionate identity verification will be requested when necessary. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency. This website does not carry out advertising profiling or automated decisions about visitors. Requesting a visit does not subscribe you to advertising.
