Booking conditions
Before booking
Each experience’s listing and booking process must specify the date, time, meeting point, duration, party size, language, inclusions, total tax-inclusive price and cancellation conditions. Check these before paying and keep the confirmation. If important information is missing or differs from this website, contact friends@elpoaig.com before booking.
Booking and confirmation
Buttons in this version prepare an email enquiry. Selecting a date or sending an enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Follow the payment instructions and check the confirmation received. For private proposals, request a written quotation specifying the service, total price, payment and agreed conditions first.
Personalisation and participants
Attendance by Joaquim or Manuel, a particular language, a special menu and adaptations are expressly agreed before confirmation. Photographs do not establish availability. Discuss access, mobility, dietary needs or arrangements for minors before booking so suitable provision can be confirmed. Do not send detailed medical information by ordinary email; request a suitable channel if needed.
Changes, cancellation and non-attendance
The specific policy provided before contracting and included in the accepted booking or quotation applies. This page does not establish a universal free-cancellation period or penalty. Use the instructions in your confirmation or email friends@elpoaig.com with your booking reference. Non-attendance does not automatically entitle you to rescheduling or a refund; check the agreed policy.
Fixed dates and withdrawal
Food or leisure services booked for a specific date or period are exempt from the fourteen-day withdrawal right under Article 103.l of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act. This does not remove rights arising from cancellation by the provider, breach of contract or an offered cancellation policy. Undated products and other services remain subject to their applicable legal regime.
Field conditions and weather
Harvest timing depends on ripeness and field conditions. Confirm the date and meeting point before arranging travel. If an issue affects delivery, the applicable options will be communicated. A substantial change or cancellation does not oblige you to accept a voucher or waive applicable rights.
During the experience
Follow your host’s instructions and respect the trees, crops and property. Check the recommended clothing and footwear for your activity. Photographs illustrate the setting and past encounters; your confirmation describes the contracted service. Participation does not require waiving statutory rights.
